What is it for?
The Enactment-
How will we help to facilitate a sudden rapid quantum shift in human consciousness in the direction of compassion and away from domination?
In order to help facilitate the mission and principles outlined, we have acquired two tour buses. With additional funding we will create and facilitate a traveling venue consisting of the following:
-
Peace vigil council workshop- this is a roundtable council style discussion about nonviolence, what it means and interpretations.
-
Sacred art and sacred geometry workshop- this will be a fun time for children of all ages including grandma and grandpa.
-
Messages for humanity workshop- proposing a scenario where you have the undivided attention of the one being that is called humanity, what would you say to them? (singular) - this is a roundtable discussion inviting participants in turn to speak to humanity as one being.
-
Two teepees set up side by side. One is the Silent Vigil for World Peace Teepee facilitating an ongoing silent prayer for world peace. The other is the Council/ traditional ceremonial lodge hosting and sponsoring the peace vigil council and traditional elder's venues.
-
Written documentation- organizing a compilation of multiple written declarations of nonviolence, sovereignty, faith and messages for humanity.
-
Film documentary- this is an ongoing documentary of activities, workshops and interviews with individuals concerning nonviolence, sovereignty, faith and messages for humanity.
-
Consensus Council Workshop- This is a roundtable discussion concerning how to restore the lost art of consensus decision making as a viable alternative to majority rule.
-
Sovereign Healing Facilitation Workshop- This is a roundtable discussion on how we can be enabled to retain our autonomy and make educated, fully informed, consent decisions regarding our health and wellbeing both individually and collectively.

...Hello, this is Hoot here.
Thank you for visiting the projects section of our website.
You may be wondering who is Hoot?
I acquired the name Hoot from the Owls around 1972 although I was born as Greg Livingston in 1951. Hoot is what I prefer to be called. To me, the owl medicine (like a totem) is about a way of perceiving or seeing through introspection. What I am here to share primarily comes from within.
Christina, Rachel, Karen and I have determined by unanimous consensus that we will not be incorporating or attempting to obtain a 501c3 status. We are operating as an unincorporated, not-for-profit, faith-based association under section 508c1a in the IRS code. This is about the separation of church and state as guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States of America.
A 508c1a provides an exemption from the requirement to obtain a 501c3 status in order to operate as a non-profit faith-based association.
If you are considering making a donation for any of the projects outlined on the website you may be wondering where is the certificate of incorporation and where is the 501c3 status for you to consider as a measure of our legitimacy; and to ensure that the funds will be used as proscribed?
A common misconception is that a nonprofit and a 501c3 are synonymous and that a nonprofit organization must be a corporation. Both of these common assumptions are inaccurate. The wording “non-profit” is an expression for which the correct terminology is “not-for-profit”. This means that the organization is formed for a purpose other than making a profit.
An organization which chooses not to incorporate is by definition considered an unincorporated association. When an unincorporated association decides to incorporate it becomes a corporation. An unincorporated association must incorporate before it can apply for 501c3 status. However, it is not the 501c3 status that makes it a “non-profit.” It is the stated purpose of any organization that determines whether it is for profit or not-for-profit.
The 501c3 status gives the not-for-profit corporation the ability to give tax exemptions to donors. However, under 508c1a in the IRS code- a not-for-profit religious or faith-based organization such as the UUGCCR, which is a religious-faith-based association, you can claim your donation as tax-exempt on your tax return under 508c1a as a tax exemption.
Please make your determination of our legitimacy on factors that you may find other than the certificate of incorporation or the 501c3 status. We have chosen not to go that route for reasons that have to do with freedom, sovereignty and our unalienable rights.
If you resonate with any of the ideas or projects as outlined on our website, we could sure use your support- please donate.
If you have any questions, please email us and if you include your phone number, then we will call you to discuss. I am not so good at returning emails, but I do make phone calls.
Thank you sincerely,

Hoot
